Abstract The course is dedicated to reading theoretical articles (extracts) in Micro-economics, mainly New Institutional Economics, or economic Sociology, for discussing their relevance when analysing food markets and supply chains case-studies.
Objective The objective is to provide theoretical backgroung for analysing present food markets and supply chains dynamics.
Content The course is dedicated to reading theoretical articles (extracts) in Micro-economics, mainly New Institutional Economics, or economic Sociology, for discussing their relevance when analysing food markets and supply chains case-studies.
Lecture notes Working documents and course synopsis. Students are invited to choose and present an article (extract).
Literature Classic theoretical articles in Micro-economics and Sociology; food case-studies reports.
