KurzbeschreibungState feedback, observers, and observer based compensators. Measures of control performance. Robustness issues and other limitations to the design and implementation of control systems. Analysis and synthesis of linear multi-variable control systems. Elements of control of nonlinear systems. Optional hardware exercises using the Duckietown platform (autonomous vehicles).
LernzielStudents will be able to recognize and address the theoretical and practical limitations for controlling SISO as well as MIMO systems, including robustness issues in stability and performances, and digital implementations. Elements of nonlinear control will be discussed.
